Min. Noble Louis El

Min. Noble Louis El leads Jean Louis Empire Ministries™ as its founder, bringing a life forged by experience and education to transform communities affected by systemic failure. He graduated from Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock, VA, in 2011 with a 3.8 GPA, focusing on Military Science and Psychology. As a captain and company commander, he led 70 to 80 cadets, demonstrating leadership and discipline early on.

His athletic achievements include being MVP of the soccer program and top scorer on the rifle team during his academy years. Ordained as a minister with a Doctor of Divinity from the Universal Life Church, Min. Noble Louis El combines spiritual guidance with practical skills.

He developed expertise in day trading, cryptocurrency, and investment strategy through self-study during and after incarceration, equipping him to teach financial literacy with real-world insight. Since establishing Jean Louis Empire Ministries™ in 2012, formalized in 2023, he has mentored over 300 individuals including formerly incarcerated men and at-risk youth, building a community grounded in faith and empowerment.

Rooted in his Moorish American heritage and spiritual identity, Min. Noble Louis El embraces his roles as husband and father of three, partnering with Min. Rebecca Jean Louis-El to build a family-centered mission that drives lasting change.
